*For any one-on-one services, a consult is needed prior to working with the individual. Consults are free and take about an hour. Consults are the bread and butter to outlining timeframe and realistic approach to obtaining a specific goal. There is never one approach, there are many. This is where I come in to help design the best path that is maintainable for the individual to adhere to. Science, physiology of the human body and how it adapts should play a significant role in how we offer services, for this reason I recommend at least two or more sessions per week in order for realistic adaptation benefits when strengthening. Individuals are still welcome to book a single session per week, providing they understand I will play an hours roll in a 168 hour week. ************* Two or more sessions per week - 75/session, nutrition is included, program is provided for any additional work prescribed outside private training sessions for individual to do on their own time and convenience, aligned with their goals of course. Clients are directed to my gmail work account where I am available at any time out side of scheduled sessions for additional information, guidance, support, questions, program adjustments or modifications etc. 5wk = 10 sessions - Two sessions per week - 150 weekly total Note: Nutrition is included with two or more private sessions booked per week.
